Therapy for your body through softening & strengthening

I offer yoga instruction from the Hatha and Vinyasa traditions. I am a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher. My instruction comes from a place of wanting to support others to feel at home in their mind, body and soul. My offerings tend to be thoughtful, creative, breath-centered sequences with sprinklings of mindfulness, intuitive and embodied movement, yogic philosophies, tools for nervous system regulation. To me, there is no prerequisite to yoga, rather all bodies are invited to move and breathe. My hope is that you leave our time together feeling strong yet at ease, and powerful yet centred.

I offer private individual & small group yoga sessions locally in Vancouver and virtually via Zoom.
